Kelly Truax, Chief Service Officer (CSO) of Polysius, will leave the company on January 15, 2026, at his own request to pursue new professional opportunities outside thyssenkrupp. Christian Myland, CEO of Polysius, will assume the responsibilities of CSO on an interim basis.
Kelly Truax looks back on a career of more than 20 years in various leadership roles at thyssenkrupp. Since joining thyssenkrupp Elevator North America as Branch Manager in 1999, he has held several management positions in the U.S. and the greater Asia-Pacific region, with an exclusive focus on the service business. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Digital and Field Tools at TK Elevator. He took on the role of CSO for Polysius in April 2024.
