Reappointment of CFO Carolin Nadilo until March 31, 2032
Michael Höllermann, member of the Executive Board, Chief Human Resources Officer and Labor Director of thyssenkrupp Decarbon Technologies, will enter a well-deserved retirement on September 30, 2026, after more than 36 years of dedicated service to thyssenkrupp Group.

The graduate mechanical and industrial engineer Michael Höllermann joined the former Hoesch AG in 1990 and subsequently held various senior leadership positions in Germany and abroad, first at Krupp-Hoesch and later at the merged thyssenkrupp Group. From 2009, he served as CEO of the Forging Group business unit and, from 2012 onwards, was responsible for establishing the regional headquarters in South America. In 2016, he was appointed to the Executive Board of the then Business Area Industrial Solutions as CHRO and Labor Director, which later evolved via Multi Tracks into today’s Decarbon Technologies segment.
The responsible bodies will decide on the succession in due course.
Reappointment of Carolin Nadilo
Carolin Nadilo has been reappointed as a member of the Executive Board of Decarbon Technologies by resolution of the Supervisory Board of Decarbon Technologies. Her mandate has been extended for the period from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2032.
Carolin Nadilo has been a member of the Executive Board of Decarbon Technologies since April 1, 2024. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), she is responsible for the segment functions Controlling, Accounting & Risk, and Digitalization.
